El Teatro Dolby de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, será el escenario esta noche de la entrega de premios Oscar correspondientes a la edición 85 de los galardones.

Argo, la película de Ben Affleck sobre la crisis de los rehenes de la embajada de EE.UU. en Irán, es, para los críticos y en las casas de apuestas, la gran favorita para hacerse con el Oscar a mejor película. 

Argo ya triunfó en los premios antesala de los Oscar: Globos de Oro y BAFTAs británicos, todo parece apuntar a que la cinta que partía como gran favorita el día de las nominaciones, Lincoln, con 12 nominaciones, perderá la estatuilla a mejor película.
